This 19th century town house on one of King’s Lynn’s main thoroughfares had been converted for multiple occupancy and had fallen into disrepair. It still retained much of its original character and the Borough Council gave it to the Trust in 2009 to enable its restoration. There had been extensive dry rot but the original stairs and ornate plaster work were repaired as part of the work to restore it as a single dwelling. Work began in 2010 and was completed at the end of 2014. The house was then sold to a private owner.
